Create amazing breakfasts with the PancakeBot 2.0! This is the latest variant of the PancakeBot family. It differentiates itself from PancakeBot 1.0 with an updated firmware, a 'top hat' lid that allows for tilting of the bottle up to 45 degrees without exposing the vacuum system to the batter, as well as a batter delay blocker, that helps protect the vacuum system and reduce the probability of batter intrusion into the vacuum pump.

The pancakebot is excellent for engaging youth in the use of design software (CAD), or to pique student interest in food science - a great fit for the life skills education offered by our 4-H Programs. We have used the pancakebot for events, clubs and after-school programs, and have found it to be an excellent incentive for participation and a great way to integrate modern technology with traditional cooking.
